Oracle Database Developers

Skills Required:
  • Coordinate with Managers, Architects and Analysts to develop Oracle database systems. 

  • Perform system design, upgrades, and maintenances according to business needs. 

  • Develop schemas, tables, triggers, indexes, sequences, constraints, functions and procedures. 

  • Understand business requirements and accordingly develop database models.
  • Provide optimal design solutions to improve system quality and efficiency.
  • Follow best practices for database design. 

  • Perform capacity analysis and oversee database tuning. 

  • Maintain technical documentations for reference purposes. 

  • Write complex codes and queries and participate in code reviews 

  • Write ETL codes, update SQL statements and create shell scripts 

  • Develop monitoring tools to report any system events. 

  • Perform design review, modify codes and test upgrades.
  • 100% ability to travel to client locations for consulting engagements. The engagements may vary from 6 months to multi-year projects

Datawarehouse / ETL Developer

Skills Required:
  • Develop and prepare schedule for new data warehouse. 

  • Prepare plans for all ETL procedures and architectures. 

  • Analyze large databases and recommend appropriate optimization for same.
  • Design data models and define both logical and physical models. 

  • Administer all requirements and design various functional specifications for data. Provide support to Software Development Life cycle. 

  • Analyze various data warehouse objects. 

  • Prepare ad hoc queries reports for both technical and business teams. 

  • Prepare various code designs and ensure efficient implementation of same. Evaluate all codes and ensure quality of all project deliverables. 

  • Monitor data warehouse work and provide subject matter expertise. 

  • Provide support to teams in all technical matters. 

  • Provide training to all employees of development team. 

  • Coordinate with external clients and participate in various technical meetings. Design and implement various unit tests on system and prepare test data.
  • 100% ability to travel to client locations for consulting engagements. The engagements may vary from 6 months to multi-year projects

PL/SQL Developer

Skills Required:
  • Design all SQL requirements and perform and implement all tests and assist to evaluate all code and facilitate necessary approval for same. 

  • Ensure compliance to all requirements and maintain accuracy for same and design all technical system documents and architectural standards. 

  • Maintain record of all maintenance release for all applications and maintain knowledge of all enhancements. 

  • Recommend enhancements to all designs and prepare software for all reuse. Resolve all emergency production issues and ensure appropriate resolution of all issues within required timeframe. 

  • Document all designs and perform all unit tests and develop appropriate applications. 

  • Design code for all system design and prepare efficient application programming interfaces. 

  • Develop new programs and codes for all existing ones and prepare all technical specifications for various applications and ensure adherence to all project timeframe. 

  • Analyze all existing programs and perform appropriate coding and tests on all programs and implement. 

  • Develop all SQL servers according to standards and recommend appropriate changes and provide efficient training to all users to assist in conversion of all systems. 

  • Schedule all data reports and perform research to resolve all data issues and implement all data load processes for various databases. 

  • Design and implement all data and configure for same and maintain efficient knowledge of all application structures and content. 

  • Documents all functional systems and processes and provide training programs for all internal staff and end users and assist to install all third party software. Provide assistance to all end users and coordinate with business analysts and document all technical requirements. 

  • Analyze all business requirements and document all technical specifications and prepare codes for same and design and implement all test unit procedures. Monitor and recognize all system deficiencies and execute all effective solutions and collaborate with development team to resolve all design issues. 

  • Administer and track all projects and maintain all programs to identify and resolve all issues and ensure compliance to all Sarbanes- Oxley requirements.
  • 100% ability to travel to client locations for consulting engagements. The engagements may vary from 6 months to multi-year projects

PeopleSoft HCM/Benefits Admin Consultants

Skills and Qualifications Required:
  • Responsible for identifying and documenting business processes through interviewing clients and reviewing and analyzing existing systems and processes. Articulates interrelationships and recasts business flow into system specifications. 
  • Conducts gap analysis to document discrepancies between business requirements and system capabilities. 
  • Gather Requirements definition and analysis: collects and researches specific client requirements for projects, identifies requirements, gathers workflow data and basic system and reporting specifications. 
  • Develops, implements, and supports common business processes and tools. Recommends basic alternatives to address problems. 
  • Project planning and execution: participates in project management process, including participating in project meetings. 
  • May document issues, action items, user requirements, or deliverables from project meetings. Performs a variety of project related activities, including analysis or preparation of documentations and presentations. 
  • Accomplishes all work within established methodologies and standards Business Provides 2nd and 3rd tier application support for assigned application(s). Researches and resolves technical and functional issues according to defined prioritization/severity scheme. 
  • Influences client and gains commitment to changes required. Business and Identifies opportunities for business or process improvement; makes associated recommendations and implements as appropriate.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM key functionalities in HR, Base Benefits, Benefit Administration, ESS modules
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in PeopleSoft Query and or WinSQL. Advance skills in Microsoft Access and Excel. 
  • Very strong analytic and critical thinking, writing, communication skills. 
  • Complete understanding and application of concepts, techniques and standards in general HR and business analysis, as well as IT principles and practices.
  • Requires analysis skills/documentation of processes, methods, solutions, etc. Interpretive translates business processes and requirements into system specifications. 
  • 100% ability to travel to client locations for consulting engagements. The engagements may vary from 6 months to multi-year projects
